What Services Do We Provide?

We provide a set of highly focused, end-to-end Relationship, Proposition Development & Sales and Commercial services to our clients that enables them to identify and win strategic, transformational ITO and BPO deals. In response to the transformational changes being undertaken by the UK Government we have developed our services to support public sector organisations becoming an Intelligent Supplier.

We know that organisations need to have a number of key attributes to achieve strategic sales success. We have identified these key requirements in our white paper “5 Essentials for Strategic Sales Success” and we work with our clients to develop their skills and approach  across the relationship, sales and commercial lifecycle.

We work with Suppliers in various sectors

We work with suppliers of all sizes, from start-ups and SMEs to major blue-chip organisations. The governing principles of effective proposition identification and development, sales and bid management apply equally to companies both large and small.

Our recent clients have been researching, bidding and undertaking work in the central government, local government, defence, security, retail and the travel sectors and include:

  • Several international consulting and business services organisations
  • Two international system integrators
  • Venture capitalist

We also work with Public Sector organisations

We also work with public sector organisations advising them on strategic sales campaigns, assisting with market warming exercises or other pre-OJEU activities and bidding for work in their own right.  These services can be procured via the G Cloud or DOS frameworks.
