Proposition Development and Sales Service

We provide services that support clients from proposition development through the procurement process to the successful sale. We will provide the right level and type of support to our client adjusting the level of support as the bid progresses and client needs change. Our services include:

  • Win theme identification and development
  • Bid storyboarding and proposal evaluation
  • Preparing and tactics for Competitive Dialogue
  • On-going bid support and assurance activities

As part of this service we have developed three specific interventions to support clients develop and review their bids:

  • Strategy Workshop to gather and analyse what is known about the opportunity in order to develop a strategy to maximise the ability to win.
  • Storyboard Workshop to identify and  develop the win themes and storyboard required for a winning bid.
