Positioning New Propositions

We work with our clients to develop a proposition or concept and then test it with a series of key stakeholders in order to raise the client’s profile and to use the discussion to refine the proposition or concept. We use the knowledge and relationships that we have across the public sector to help the client develop the right proposition at the right time.

Our aim is to enable the client to:

  • Develop a market tested proposition
  • Identify suitable routes to market
  • Raise their profile with potential purchasers

To achieve this we will meet with you to understand your requirements, your relationship with the purchasers, your understanding of the competition and any perceived issues or risks around the proposition. We will then work with you to develop the proposition and who the key stakeholders are. We will then help through our relationships to get some of the key stakeholders involved and then position the proposition with them optimally. Once the stakeholders have provided their opinions we will work with you to refine the proposition and to develop the most appropriate routes to market.
