Training and Coaching Services

We make skills and knowledge transfer from us to our clients intrinsic to the way we work.  We also provide three types of training to specifically support the sales and bid teams in an organisation. All of our training is personalised to the needs of the organisation we are working with.

Strategic Sales Training

We undertake this training for a number of organisations and provide two and three day training courses. These courses can take place either on the client’s premises or off-site in more informal surroundings.  We tailor the training to meet your needs and support your existing methods and tools for winning business. We can also combine workshops for your teams to create a customised training programme to build internal capability.

Coaching and Learning

We provide coaching and learning training designed to develop individuals and teams in a continuous process so that they can achieve and exceed the expectations of the client. This training is bespoke and delivered in a lively and engaging manner.

Role Playing

We undertake role-based training for clients preparing for important customer meetings or for competitive dialogue. We will act as the end client and, if required, research the individuals involved so that the role playing is more realistic and dynamic. In addition, we can combine the role playing with coaching so that clients gain the most from the training.
